A: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are based on destination country and the final weight of your entire order. Netherlands standard delivery costs approximately 22,99 €.

A: We ship every day Monday-Friday. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following working day. We use DHL or Colissimo. All orders are sent using a fully tracked service and you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your goods all the way from dispatch to arrival.

A: Netherlands orders will take 2-3 working days for orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm.

A: You can request to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or the delivery driver will try to redeliver the following working day.
