Our story began over 120 years ago in Birmingham’s historic business district. Built in 1899 for a highly respected physician, our head office has since housed generations of doctors and dentists. Today, under our ownership, it embarks on a new chapter as the home of wholesale aesthetics — delivering exceptional, customer-focused service and offering premium, high-quality products, values that we still consider to be cornerstones of our practice today.

The building becomes a hub for medical professionals, including surgeons, physicians, and pathologists—reflecting Birmingham’s emergence as a centre of science and health.

While our founder had been developing partnerships with many aesthetics providers for years, they noticed a gap in the market and in 2013, the RM365 Group was born. Founded from a deep passion for the beauty industry. What began as a simple idea has since grown into the thriving, close-knit family we are today. 

It soon became clear that we were offering something truly unique — and our clients responded with enthusiasm. This led to the opening of our second office in the heart of London’s business district. Driven by a vision to make the aesthetics industry not only accessible, but safe for all, we remain committed to transparency, integrity, and excellence in everything we do.

We also expanded our customer base, it wasn’t just aesthetics professionals purchasing from us, but customers who were looking to receive incredible results at an equally incredible price were purchasing from us, utilising our skincare and cosmetic offerings. 

As our growth continued at an astonishing pace, it became clear that our vision extended beyond borders. Our presence expanded across multiple countries, including France and the Netherlands, giving our brand valuable exposure in key European markets. Embracing this momentum, we took the leap and opened our French headquarters in Paris. We were welcomed with open arms, allowing us to begin offering our products on an international scale.

Building on this momentum we opened our company within Dubai, introducing a new continent of people to our offerings. Being based in such an influential hub of beauty and fashion further fuelled our motivation — our services were truly reshaping the landscape of the wholesale aesthetics industry. 

With such rapid growth, our founder recognised that our commitment to high-quality, authentic products extended beyond aesthetics — and so, the initial concept for our sister brand, KYM, was born. By offering sustainable, pre-loved pieces, we demonstrated that the values at the heart of our group — integrity, quality, and responsibility — reach far beyond the aesthetics industry and into the wider world.

This has also inspired us to look at our own sustainability, choosing to partner with a courier with the aim to reach net zero emissions by 2050 and choosing the most eco-friendly packaging available, allowing us to continue to provide our customers with their goods whilst also taking care of the planet. 

To bring our customers even closer to the brands they trust, we opened our new London office and retail space on Oxford Street — right in the heart of the city’s iconic shopping district. This central hub not only provides a base for Reliable Medicare and KYM, but also gives customers the chance to explore our stock in person, collect purchases with ease, and connect directly with our expert team for tailored support.

As part of our wider contribution to society, we are proud to support the Teenage Cancer Trust and Changing Faces, standing alongside causes that create meaningful change.

Building on the success of our sister brand, our founder recognised that true transparency could only be achieved by taking full control of product quality — and so, YXA was born. Developed in-house, this exclusive line of aesthetic products draws on over 12 years of industry expertise and is carefully formulated to meet the highest standards.
