Add More Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are based on destination country and the final weight of your entire order. Netherlands standard delivery costs approximately 22,99 €.
Q: When do you ship orders? Which courier do you use?
A: We ship every day Monday-Friday. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following working day. We use Chronopost, DHL or Colisimo. All orders are sent using a fully tracked service and you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your goods all the way from dispatch to arrival.
Q: How long will it take until I get my order?
A: Netherlands orders will take 2-3 working days for orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm.
Q: What happens if I am not home to sign for my order?
A: You can request to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or the delivery driver will try to redeliver the following working day.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payment by wire transfer to our bank.
