SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped with DHL Express or Colissimo. We have several options available which may vary according to your desired destination country. Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and is based on the final weight of your entire order.

Please note that DHL Express is unavailable for orders destined for mainland China, and we use the Colissimo postal service only.

Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT) will be shipped the following working day, and orders placed on Friday after 17.00 (GMT) will be shipped the following Monday.

International Delivery

Despatched on the same day if placed before 17:00, delivery times are dependent on country and courier (Shipped via DHL Express or Colissimo.)  

Tracking & Delivery Time

You will receive a shipment email with your assigned tracking number the same day your order is shipped.

Please note that you are responsible for all import duties and taxes arising on the supply of our services outside the Netherlands/EU, and we will make no calculations or estimations in this regard.

Pre-Orders

If we do not have all the products from your order in stock, the dispatch will be once these products have arrived back in stock unless informed otherwise.

Visit our EU office (France only) for a personalised ordering experience. Our team is available during business hours to assist you with your selection and process your order on the spot. For your convenience, we only accept cash and bank transfers on-site.
