E-Commerce Customer Service Assistant Part Time - Weekends

Position: E-commerce Website Sales and Customer Consultant

Reliable Medicare Ltd has an ever-growing e-commerce presence, due to fast expansion of our online business, a vacancy for an E-commerce Sales and Customer Service assistant has arisen based at our Head Office in Birmingham City Centre.

This role will see you manage and maintain our B2B and B2C websites as well as developing a consistent brand message through all aspects of social media to attract new and existing customers to the website.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Driving online sales or over the phone.

· Increase our online presence and optimise the website visitor experience

· Order processing including customer liaison by phone, email and face-to-face

· Product listing including writing relevant, accurate titles and descriptions for new products on the websites and other platforms

· Review existing listings and improving product content and images on the website

Key skills required for this role:

· Strong commercial sense and business development ability

· Experience in using Magento or equivalent e-commerce platforms

· Confidence in all Microsoft Office programs, included Excel and Word

· Excellent attention to detail

· Proficient written skills and good use of English

· Experience of working in online e-commerce environment

· Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task

· Excellent work ethics and timekeeping is a must

· Strong administration and organisational skills

· Experience with the Adobe Suite, in particular Photoshop

· Experience using social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok, and any other relevant social media you can bring to the business

· Experience with SEO, PPC campaigns and social media campaigns are desirable


· A minimum of Bachelor's in Business, Law or Design, or any other relevant degree.

Working Hours:

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Sat-Sun 08:30-17:30 with one hour's lunch break

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Salary will be pro rataed
