Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing luxury products.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that align with brand identity.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and creative teams to plan product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Create sales enablement materials, product guides, and digital assets to support campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and product sales data to optimise future strategies.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in product marketing within the luxury fashion, beauty, or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and customer behaviour in the high-end market.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple launches.
- Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
The annual base salary for this role is 35,000 – 45,000 €, depending on experience. Applicants must be legally authorised to work locally at the time of application. This position operates within a formal office environment, where professional dress is required at all times. To maintain focus and productivity, personal mobile phone use is limited to the lunch break, and snacking is not permitted during working hours.
