Responsibilities
 

  • Host and deliver engaging live-stream sessions to promote and sell our product range.
  • Interact with viewers in real-time, building brand awareness, answering questions, and offering tailored product advice.
  • Consistently achieve a minimum monthly sales target of 500K EUR through live streaming channels such as Amazon Live, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create and implement innovative content strategies to grow viewership and boost customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse live stream performance, producing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with promotional campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with live streaming and e-commerce trends to enhance audience interaction and maximise sales.

 

 

The Ideal Candidate
 

  • Experienced live streamer with proven success across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed substantial sales targets (ideally 500K EUR + monthly).
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and the charisma to captivate live audiences.
  • Knowledge or interest in beauty, aesthetic, or luxury products is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable with the technical setup of live streaming, including lighting, camera, and audio.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently to achieve objectives.

 

 

The annual base salary for this role is Competitive Base + 10% Commission (negotiable based on experience). Applicants must be legally authorised to work locally at the time of application. This position operates within a formal office environment, where professional dress is required at all times. To maintain focus and productivity, personal mobile phone use is limited to the lunch break, and snacking is not permitted during working hours.
