Reliable Medicare Ltd has an ever-growing e-commerce presence, due to fast expansion of our online business, a vacancy for a Social Media Executive has arisen based at our Head Office in Birmingham City Centre.

This role will see you developing a consistent brand message through all aspects of social media to attract new and existing customers to the website.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Managing social media channels on a daily basis for all of our websites

· Create and optimise Social Media strategies across all social platforms, including: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and Tik Tok

· Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten our community and promote brand-focused messages

· Remain on top of all trends and demonstrate experience of, and a real passion for the trade sector with genuine expertise and a deep understanding

· Optimise customer experience both pre and post-sale through social media engagement

· Identify and analyse key data and optimise strategies accordingly

· Cover seasonal and ad-hoc events that are relevant to the brands on social channels

· Capture community event coverage & national days ensuring that we captivate our social media audience and encourage fan participation and future event attendance

What we are looking for:

· 3+ years’ experience of Social Media Marketing

· Highly creative

· Excellent writing skills

· Able to think outside of the box

· Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related disciplines desirable.

· Flexibility towards out of hours and unsociable hours if required.

· Need to manage and work within a team

· You are a naturally curious thinking, self-driven character with a passion for understanding customers and meeting their needs.

· Creative problem solver with the ability to think laterally and understand the cost and value drivers within a competitive business environment.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
