Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine brand strategies that strengthen Reliable Medicare’s position in the luxury beauty and aesthetics sector.
- Identify, assess, and capitalise on growth opportunities including expansion into new geographic markets, product diversification, and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, from product packaging and in-store presentation to digital campaigns and social media.
- Lead the creation of innovative marketing initiatives that align with seasonal trends, customer insights, and competitive activity.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, market research, and consumer behaviour studies to inform both brand positioning and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams — including marketing, product development, and sales — to deliver campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend actions to improve brand awareness, customer reach, and profitability.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in branding, marketing strategy, or business development within the luxury beauty, aesthetics, or retail industry.
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities with the creativity to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- Commercially driven, with a clear understanding of luxury market trends and consumer expectations.
- Skilled communicator and collaborator, able to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Adept at balancing big-picture brand vision with hands-on execution of campaigns and projects.
The annual base salary for this role is 38,000 – 48,000 €, depending on experience. Applicants must be legally authorised to work locally at the time of application. This position operates within a formal office environment, where professional dress is required at all times. To maintain focus and productivity, personal mobile phone use is limited to the lunch break, and snacking is not permitted during working hours.
