Instructions
This product consists of two complementary formulas: Serum No. 1 strengthens hair fibers and encourages natural growth, while Serum No. 2 repairs and nourishes the hair lengths.

Step 1: Apply Serum No. 1 as a liner along the lash and brow lines.
Step 2: Apply Serum No. 2 from the base of the lashes and eyebrows, brushing along the full length.
